Hooves from Galicia to Portugal

Spain & Portugal

Many of you have already joined our incredible Hooves Around Galicia, Spain trip, and we are teaming up again with the very same people for a brand new horse riding trip! While our Hooves Around Galicia trip is more about immersing in the local culture and exploring the area, this other one is a full blown horseback expedition - a true travel-on-horseback experience where you'll journey through from Galicia in Spain, to Portugal. You'll sleep in different places every night and live alongside the horses 24/7. A support vehicle will follow you on this once in a lifetime horseback expedition, transporting your luggage. You'll cover around 20 km per day on horseback, riding through forests, mountains, villages, rivers, untouched beaches, and across an international border - all in one week. It is truly one of our most diverse trips.
